Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged products. Customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package and the damaged product.

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.
